You need to do two (three) things:
1) Change C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Azure\Storage Emulator\AzureStorageEmulator.exe.config and replace 127.0.0.1 by the actual IP of the machine.
2) Modify C:\CustomerServiceUnit\DOBind\Packages\Cloud\AosWebApplication\AosWebApplication.csx\roles\AosWeb\approot\web.config and change <add key="AzureStorage.StorageConnectionString" value="UseDevelopmentStorage=true" /> to <add key="AzureStorage.StorageConnectionString" value="UseDevelopmentStorage=true;DevelopmentStorageProxyUri=http://YourLocalIP" />
3) Make sure the firewall of the machine allows the traffic (I turned it off for now, opening the ports 10000, 10001 and 10002 should be sufficient)
