I know it is a long time ago, but it might be still relevant to you or to others visiting this topic.

I ran into the same issue as you did just yet and then I recalled an another issue I had when I installed Enterprise Portal.

In the end this was solved by renaming the

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Web Server Extensions\15.0

registry key into

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Web Server Extensions\15.0_xx

Я так понимаю что у топикастера по ссылке стоял 2010-й Sharepoint (14-я версия как и в моем случае) а акапта по умолчанию ищет сперва 15-ю версию и если в реестре есть ветка HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Web Server Extensions\15.0
то дальше аксапта пытается работать только с ней, н находит нужных вещей и падает в ошибку.
В общем, в моем случае деплой портала починился.
