Интеграция Boxbery

Добрый день.

Пытаюсь добавить ссылку на службу в VS:
https://api.boxberry.ru/__soap/1c_lc.php?wsdl

Получаю ошибку типа:
here was an error downloading 'https://api.boxberry.ru/__soap/1c_lc.php?wsdl/_vti_bin/ListData.svc/$metadata'.
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote

ТП Boxberry что-то невнятно пишет про то, что нужно поставить обновления Windows.
Ограничений по IP у них нет.
Может быть кто-то уже сталкивался с проблемой...и решил ее???
