к сожалению проблема, описанная в ссылке, возникла в Ax12 R2 в 2013 г, а у нас Ax12 R3

Зашла в Event Viewer.

Там пишут по этой ошибке на вкладке "общие":
The operation could not be completed due to a problem in the data provider framework. Action:
http://schemas.microsoft.com/dynamic...viceFaultFault
Fault code: Sender IsSenderFault: True IsReceiverFault: False Reason: The operation could not be completed due to a problem in the data provider framework.
