Update Rollup 6 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 resolves the following issues that were not previously documented in a Knowledge Base article:


A green spinning circle is displayed in the Notes tab of an entity if the following conditions are true:

• The entity has notes.
• On the Notes tab of the entity form, there is an IFrame that displays another entity which also has notes.

Что интересно IFrame нет на форме вообще.
