Migration from MANMAN to Axapta

Yes, MANMAN is one of old ERPs ( http://www.ssaglobal.com/solutions/products/index.aspx). We have a prospect that is using MANMAN and we are introducing Axapta to them. I thought that if anybody had any experience with migrating from ManMan to Axapta would kindly share some thoughts and may be have some recommendations.
