Microsoft is pleased to announce the above mentioned web seminar.


OVERVIEW: This Partner Readiness Web Seminar program is a Microsoft Partner Network and Partner Technical Services initiative. The aim of the program is to educate our partners on the value of Microsoft’s solutions to enable them to create new opportunities, increase product proficiency and drive customer satisfaction.

DATE & TIME: January 19th, 2011: 4:00pm - 5:00pm CET (Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris), 1 hour

ABOUT:

CRM 2011 Online for Administrators: will outline Administrative CRM tools that are available. This session will show how to use and troubleshoot each featured tool



REGISTRATION: Please register for this event at the Partner Learning Center.
LOCATION: Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 (upon registration you will receive the activity link to login).

COST:

On participation at this web seminar event, 1 Technical Advisory Service (TAS) hour per partner company (independent of the number of attendees) will be deducted. 40 Advisory hours are included as part of the benefits to Gold Certified partners. Information on and purchase of Advisory hours can be obtained by mailing apssinfo@microsoft.com.
