И в стандартной V3 тоже нет такого действия, хотя CU-6 там уже стоит.

В документе POS_Users_Guid есть упоминание об этом

Loyalty Request - Enters the s loyalty card number. This operation can 
also be initiated by swiping a loyalty card. 
The loyalty request can be performed at any point during the 
transaction. Retail POS calculates loyalty points at the end of 
the transaction. 
The number of loyalty points awarded for the items in the 
transaction depends on how the loyalty program was set up in 
Retail Headquarters.

Или оплата картой как то совсем чудно настраивается?
