Today, at the
Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2010, we made a number of CRM announcements.
- The next version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, previously codenamed CRM “5”, will be named Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
- A public beta version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 will be available in September 2010. Click here to register to receive a notification when the beta is available.
- The Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace “app-store” will also be launched in September 2010, providing partners with an easy way to market and distribute solutions to CRM and ERP customers. You can find more information here - http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/marketplace.
In addition, more information was made available about some of the new features we are delivering in this release. My personal favourites are DASHBOARDS, DASHBOARDS, DASHBOARDS…!!! Trust me, you won’t be able to move for the charting, data visualisation and dashboard features in CRM 2011.
