Вот что пишут буржуи по поводу списка прихода (речь идёт о настройках модуля Управление запасами, параметр Требуется комплектация):

Picking Requirements

If you select this parameter, the item issue’s inventory records must have
the status Picked before the item’s packing-slip can be updated.
If you do not select the parameter, you can decide whether orders may be
delivered via packing slip and invoice, or whether you want to collect, pick
and send orders by means of picking lists and picking routes.

Example

If the item is always going to be picked and delivered from the inventory by
means of picking lists and possibly picking routes, then select this field.

Note

This is usually selected when operating with Warehouse management.
Typically, you should select the field when using location management on
the item and when shipments are gathered by means of picking routes.
