Management, and Manufacturing, Chapter 4 Intercompany сказано слудующее:

When planned intercompany demand and supply is firmed, the connected
purchase and sales order are created and the forecast consumption is consumed
by the intercompany orders. For example, when the sales order is firmed, the
planned purchase order in the upstream company will be replaced with a
purchase order. Therefore, there will be no more planned intercompany demand
in the upstream company that corresponds to this planned purchase order.

Тоесть связка Intercompany создается только после подтверждения (Firm) спланированной закупки.
Саму связку Вы можете посмотреть в Master Planing > Common > Intercompany Supply and Demand, но в Multiline pegging она после подтверждения показана не будет.

Я проверил пример из webcast на демоданных и подтверждения произошло автоматически. Все заказы были правильно созданы.

Set up the Firming time fence on the Coverage group, or the Firming time fence in the Master plan. If no Firming time fence is set up, no intercompany purchase orders are created automatically. Only the first execution of the master scheduling results in planned orders; however, because the intercompany purchase order is not actually created, no intercompany sales order is created, and, therefore, no additional intercompany purchase orders are created, and so on.

Жаль, что в Multiline pegging не отображается вся связка даже после подтверждения спланированных заказов, было бы удобно отследить всю цепочку, особенно, когда она очень длинная.
