OVERVIEW: This Partner Readiness Web Seminar program is a Microsoft Partner Network and Partner Technical Services initiative. The aim of the program is to educate our partners on the value of Microsoft’s solutions to enable them to create new opportunities, increase product proficiency and drive customer satisfaction.

ABOUT:

Following the release of CRM 2011, EMEA Support will go through the issues which are mostly being logged and guide you through each step in order to avoid difficulties, while delivering a smooth upgrade process.

REGISTRATION: Please register for this event at the Partner Learning Center.
LOCATION: Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 (upon registration you will receive the activity link to login).

COST:

On participation at this web seminar event, 1 Technical Advisory Service (TAS) hour per partner company (independent of the number of attendees) will be deducted.
