I have a nice Holiday-present to share with you (at least for Belgians).
The application of the changes that I talked about here, are postponed to the 1st of January 2014! It is however permitted to apply these new regulations already in 2013 ... but you're not obligated to do so.. (I can hardly imagine anyone is able to..). Although I have to give you one small warning: please stay aware this is still a probability and not fully official (as it was stated to me). As far as I'm aware, it hasn't been officially published yet. In any cae .. I've got the promise from Microsoft that they keep on working on a solution that supports these new regulations - so we might get it in time this time :-).
