When you decide to purchase Dynamics 365 for Financials–regardless of whether you have a trial version or not–here are few things to know:
Microsoft is selling Dynamics 365 for Financials through our Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partner channel. This means that you will be referred to a CSP partner in your region in order to complete the purchase. In addition to facilitating your purchase of Dynamics 365 for Financials, this partner will also be available to assist you with implementation and support.
In order to be connected with a CSP partner, first open this page
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/contact-us (or if you are from Canada, you can use this page
https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/dynamics365/contact-us), and then use one of the three methods listed under “Contact Microsoft Dynamics 365” to submit your contact information. The three options are:
- send a request (by filling out an online form)
- chat
- call
Your contact information will be conveyed to a CSP partner and they will reach out to you to complete the purchase.
