Setting up a one time customer can be useful if you do a lot of small transactions and don’t want to clutter up the systems with lots of customers and don’t have a need for keeping a lot of records about those customers. You can still use the sale order to manage the sale but flag it as using the one time customer and enter basic details about the customer when you create the order.
