Что интересно там был Infor и стороной являлась Infor (Steinhausen) II Gmbh. Так и не разобрался самостоятельный это партнер или сам вендор. Но сомневаюсь что их клиента сейчас бы устроило 90 дней просто не тот размер.
Использовали неправильную проектную методологию и неправильный договор по которому их нагнули и только.
Ничего системного не вижу. Их нагнули по формальным основаниям за прекращение работ и обрыв контракта. Вот если бы был прецедент по неким техническим или функциональным критериям после Go-Live тогда да, страшно жить.
А тут чисто юридическое упражнение по факту одностороннего разрыва контракта.

The preparatory work for the procurement began in early 2013, and in the spring of 2014 Infor was selected as supplier. The parties entered into a supply agreement based on the State Standard Agreement, SSA-T.
