Beware of the latest
Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4013429). It apparently includes fixes to the .NET Framework, and the Dynamics AX2012 server fails to deploy WCF services after the mandatory OS restart. This manifests in the SSRS being unable to render AX reports ([AOS] “service… actively refused the connection”).
Recompile the CIL on AOS and restart the AOS service to fix.
