Эта тема возникла в NAV 5.0 W1. Вроде того, что список теперь только по локальным серверам, внешние не видит.
И это согласно дизайна - Косвенное подтверждение этому в

Error
When running Microsoft Dynamics NAV on the SQL Server database platform, the Server virtual table (2000000047) only enumerates SQL Server instances from the local computer and never includes servers from remote computers. This resulted in the "My Server" field to never contain a value of True when connected to a server on a remote computer.
