That's weird to see someone who asked a question using English on this forum (regardless you were asking questions using Russian before).
In case you turn on your Server-Side Integration that would not cause that all the existing emails from emailboxes would be synced to CRM. That means that new emails (depends on settings of syncronization) would be popped from your email box to CRM and vice-versa all the emails that you've created in CRM would be pushed to CRM.
