Можно считать, что под недопоставкой и перепоставкой понимается заказ на перемещение вообще. Ну, например, есть MRP, оно там что-то сказало перенести. Это важно как факт пополнения производственного цеха, а не с т.з. отдельных операций отгрузки и оприходования. Ну и недопоставку и перепоставку нужно рассматривать с такого уровня (с уровня заказа на перемещение).

closed unless the underdelivery percentage allows for closure of the line.
